Ian Cooper
Chief Executive Officer
Ian brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience in both acute and post-acute hospitals across three states including Oklahoma in operations and ancillary services. He started his healthcare career as a Physical Therapist. Most recently, he served as the CEO of the largest rehab network in Pennsylvania, where he was accountable for a $115M budget with 117% of budgeted net income through year-over-year volume growth. Ian has led multi-million dollar facility expansion projects, increased patient, physician, and employee satisfaction, and maintained high CMS and other core quality measures during his leadership tenure. He holds memberships in ACHE, NAHSE, and APTA and is also a Fellow with ACHE.

Ian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pre-Medicine, and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration.

Ian is married and enjoys family time with his wife and 3 children, traveling, football, and basketball. He also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, John 3:16 Mission-Tulsa and formerly volunteered at Freedom House 2.0 Pittsburgh.
