Alfreda Hill, DHA(c), MHA, BSN, RN

Chief Nursing Officer

Alfreda Hill brings 27 years of healthcare experience encompassing critical care, quality management, infection prevention, patient safety, case management, clinical documentation improvement, nursing informatics, and regulatory compliance.

​

Alfreda’s most recently served as the Tulsa Rehab Hospital’s Director of Quality Management before being promoted to CNO.  She held a previous role as the Neuroscience Performance Improvement Coordinator for Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, in which she also served as the Senior Quality Improvement Specialist.  Alfreda’s expertise in working with multi-disciplinary teams to address performance improvement and patient safety initiatives using various quality tools (Root Cause Analysis and A3) to maintain regulatory compliance will prove instrumental in leading the nursing organization.

Her continuous education efforts display Alfreda’s passion for quality and healthcare management. Alfreda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master in Healthcare Administration and Management, specializing in Project Management; however, she is currently in the last phase of completing her Doctorate in Health Administration in Healthcare Quality and Analytics. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and looks forward to becoming a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. She is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American Society of Quality.
