The Stroke Survivors Support Group, a joint offering from Saint Francis Health System and Tulsa Rehab Hospital, provides a supportive environment for stroke survivors. Join us on the third Wednesday of every month from 3-4 p.m. at Tulsa Rehab Hospital to connect with other stroke survivors.
