Jessica Ruelas

Jessica brings more than 24 years of healthcare experience, with a primary focus on rehabilitation hospitals. She began her career as a clinical liaison and progressed into leadership roles overseeing business development teams across Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. Under her leadership, patient referrals and admission volumes increased, driving measurable revenue growth.

Earlier in her career, Jessica worked in EMS both on land and offshore, giving her a strong foundation in frontline patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, watching baseball and college football, and traveling.
