
Justin Lum, DPT
Chief Therapy Officer
Justin Lum has more than 10 years of clinical experience across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and home health. His work has focused on restoring mobility, improving functional independence, and helping individuals recover from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical procedures.

He began his career in inpatient rehabilitation, treating individuals recovering from stroke, orthopedic surgery, and complex medical conditions requiring intensive, coordinated therapy. He then transitioned into outpatient orthopedics, managing a high-volume caseload focused on sports injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Justin later expanded into home health, providing therapy in patients’ homes with a focus on functional mobility, safety, and independence in real-world settings. Alongside his clinical work, he has held clinic leadership roles, including Clinic Director, overseeing daily operations, supporting staff development, and improving efficiency and quality of care.
More recently, he served in a dual role as Physical Therapist and Clinic Director in outpatient care, delivering hands-on treatment while also guiding clinical operations and mentoring staff.

Justin earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas.
