Kelly Rose, BSN, RN

Kelly Rose serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital, bringing extensive experience in nursing leadership, patient care, and healthcare operations. His background includes leadership roles across medical rehabilitation, critical care, and specialty hospital settings.

Kelly earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rogers State University and his Associate of Science in Nursing from Tulsa Community College. Throughout his career, he has led nursing teams, overseen patient care, supported staff development, and implemented quality improvement initiatives.

Before joining Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital, Kelly held nursing leadership positions overseeing clinical operations, staffing, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes. His experience also includes critical care nursing and targeted temperature management, where he provided education, developed clinical programs, and supported process improvement initiatives across healthcare facilities.
