LaTonya Mason-Wilson is an accomplished healthcare executive with 36 years of healthcare experience and 22 years in leadership, bringing extensive expertise in quality management, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. As Director of Quality Management, she is responsible for advancing patient safety, driving quality outcomes, and ensuring regulatory readiness across the organization.

Mason-Wilson has a proven track record of leading large-scale, system-level initiatives that improve clinical performance and operational efficiency. She has overseen enterprise-wide programs supporting more than 180 acute care facilities and over 60,000 nurses, with a focus on standardizing evidence-based practices, reducing variation, and strengthening workforce capability. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented strategic initiatives that improved nursing-sensitive indicators, reduced turnover, enhanced patient throughput, and elevated overall quality performance.

Her leadership experience includes developing and operationalizing clinical education and competency frameworks, leading Magnet accreditation efforts, building centralized staffing and education models, and designing simulation-based learning environments to improve clinical readiness and patient safety outcomes.
