Theresa Fletcher-Leach, PT, DPT

Theresa Fletcher-Leach serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads the case management department to ensure patients and their families receive high-quality, coordinated care throughout their rehabilitation journey. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to oversee regulatory compliance, evaluate patient outcomes, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the quality of care.

A licensed physical therapist with 15 years of experience, Theresa has dedicated her career to advancing patient outcomes and supporting excellence in inpatient medical rehabilitation. In addition to her expertise in inpatient rehabilitation, she has experience in acute care, home health, and outpatient settings, giving her a broad perspective on the continuum of care. She is passionate about helping patients overcome barriers to maximize their independence and quality of life.

Theresa earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
